Here's a rare ES0175 Charlie Christian model from the late 70's.  Looks like an absolute stunner, even with original receipt ! You wont see this everyday!  I wish Gibson would re-issue an archtop with the CC pickup I bet it will be a seller for players and collectors alike.    Scroll down to see how much it sold for. Here's the blurb from the seller.

Howdy! This time I have a 1979 ES-175 Charlie Christian (CC) Model that is in what I would consider mint condition and plays perfectly. It's hard to describe the nature of this one. Pretty much never played by the original owner, great action. Original case. Some Case Candy, as seen. Probably never left the house until it fell in my lap for sale. From what I've found only 479 of these were manufactured between 1978-1980. A very unique model that is seldom seen. A Jazz Guitar at it's best! This guitar is being Sold AS-IS...but you will not be unhappy. The case is in near perfect shape...Please ask any and all questions and I'll get back to you. The last one on Ebay sold for $3200.00 and looked pretty nice but this one is truly near-perfect. Shipping is to the lower 48 States Only and will be $85.00 with all new packing materials and great care with packing and fully insured. I've done this many times without a hitch. Have a good time with this one and let's see what happens!

EBAY PRICE GUIDE : 1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior Jr ...LOOK

From the golden age of Gibson, comes this 1959 Les Paul Junior Jr.  It have been refinished however but that just means it's probably affordable!   Still way coooooool if you don't mind just rocking out on a single P-90 !  Scroll down to see how much it sold for. Here's the blurb from the seller.

1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior Jr ...LOOK!!!!

KILLER TONE FOR THE AGES!!!

Hello and thanks for looking!

You are bidding on a refinished 1959 Gibson Les Paul Jr. No breaks ever. All original sans a few screws, even the nut and frets are original. Frets could use a light level. I bought this guitar at the Philly Guitar Show in the Fall of 2004 as you see it. This is a magnificent sounding guitar...think "Mississippi Queen" or early Humble Pie. Sweet chimey cleans all the way up to the most raucous raging dirt tones you will ever hear. Strong 8.2K Dog ear P90.

During it's life with me I have gigged and recorded with it and it always stays in my home studio which is set at 50% humidity

The headstock face and rear was simply cleared over so the original serial # is intact and the checking on the front is under the clear. I have tried to show the numerous nicks and dings the guitar has accumulated during my ownership. The dealer who sold it to me told me Lay's Guitar in Ohio refinished the guitar(supposedly it was finish stripped in the 70's like most were) but I have no proof of that. Smart on whoever did it to leave the headstock alone.

The jack plate has some cracks in it and the lower truss rod cover screw hole is stripped but not so bad a few slivers of mahogany could not fill. I have simply left that alone through the years. It will ship in a brand new TKL Les Paul case and it will be well packed and de-tuned. Please keep in mind that UPS now requires an item of this value to be brought to a hub or be given to a driver. The nearest hub for me is at least 40 minutes so I would most likely wait for a driver where I work. They are usually here every 2-3 days.

Good luck and please ask ALL questions before bidding.

Thanks!

I snapped a pic of the guitar on a digi scale and if you would like to see that, please contact me and I will sned you the pic! Good luck and happy bidding!
